Did you consider taking the ORB on the 3rd candle in the morning? If so, why didn't you?

After initial gap down, I was waiting for a bounce on 3 min chart. Once bounced happened, but 9EMA and VWAP got rejected I took the trade short. This was before the ORB brake down, if you look at the 3 min chart.
If I had waited for it to get into the trade, my risk would have been higher.
