You are only as good as the stocks you trade. Never forget that.

Setup:

The stock was looking weak intraday, so I was eyeing PETS for a short. It was right by the VWAP, and it had 4 red candles on the 1m. I decided to get into the short looking to add. But I got stopped out for a .12 loss.

Mindset:

I was looking for a breakdown, but I realized that there was no volume. I knew there had to be more volume for the stock to head lower. When that volume never came in, I decided to exit a position for a small loss.

Improvement:

Well, I'll never be taking a trade like this unless it is part of my watchlist in the morning. You are only as good as the stocks you trade, so you need to trade stocks that are high in volume and high in ADR.
We say A+ setups only, but it is easier said than done. Prove to me that you want it.
