Setup:

3.40 had been the line in the sand for CRDS. I was looking to add to my shorts above 3.55 and below 3.66. The stock showed a lot of weakness at the 3.60 area. The stock flushed, and I covered my shorts.

Mindset:

You start thinking about the worst when the stock begins to go against you. But the truth is that you have to add to the position, and that is how the big money is made. You have to short these plays with conviction or else the big money will not be made. I will try to size into these more.

Improvement:

I should have only covered 1/2 of my position. Then I should have waited to see what the stock is doing before I covered the last 1/2. I also need to do a better job of adding to my shorts. I keep on forgetting about covering partials as opposed to taking the whole thing off. Why am I taking off the whole position? No need for that. You must take off 1/2 of the position, and let the rest of the position play out.
