AAOI was verymuch in play today- had earnings yesterday and gapped down significantly so I was looking for a continuation to the downside; the spreads were wide and this was VERY whippy so I started with extremely small size (25 shares) as wanted to give this room to work and then add because there's no way I could top-tick this with normal size; my entry was 71.52 and I had a mental stop at 72 but unfortunately was squeezed pretty quickly once it hit 72 so I ended up getting out for a full point loss- but again only 25 shares so nothing to worry about but regardless I should not have let it go this far against me. Towards mid-day this actually did sell off like I envisioned but I decided not to touch it again
