Assumption:
Good earnings. Was looking for an intraday entry, particularly a PB or base breakout (which are my current GOTO setups)

Play:
Buy on confirmation of the intraday flag.

Outcome:
Sold off 1/2 at 17.60 and let it develop. However, there was a really hard and fast pullback soon after, which triggered my automatic stop.

Lessons and Mistakes:
Not entirely sure how I could've improved this trade, other than maybe learning how to play ORBs.

Just curious: I have seen a couple others doing this, but why do you BUY a few 100 shares every 1 minute or 2 instead of just one big BUY at 1000 or whatever the position size sheet figures say?

Nice entry off that flag consol. Nice sell into spike. She just wouldn't run.

Hey Beth, I spoke to the guy who created Tradervue and apparently that just the way Prodigio works. Instead of grouping single orders together (shares of 500 or 1000), it will count each EXECUTION.

For example, in this trade, I set a limit order of 17.45. Prodigio will fill my order as cheaply as possible, but it can only get so many shares at one time. So on one execution it got 100 shares at 17.45, and then 400 at 17.44.

Hope that makes sense.
