gap up over resistance on daily, bought as it was starting to break out of its flag, kept tapping 23.45 then fell down and I just got out since longs were acting weird today, shuold of just put a stop under LOD and sold into the spike late morning

Bit more patience and you had it, as it kept tapping around that $23.50ish area. Once it broke that level it was game on.
