One of those stocks that you watch
Open
- Trading AMD, very strong all morning, it broke up above the 135 level, took first entry (second entry jumped the gun) anything can happen. Third entry on confirmation higher break. Held through the consolidation, was waiting for the 134.5 break to get out possibly but luckily it broke up, started taking partials at the high of that leg, started to consolidation strongly. Why not hold last position if anything could happen? Wanted to take my profit BUT there was nothing really telling me to get out besides my emotions.
Reflection
- 3 indicators? Yes, first entry called for.
- Scaling? No good, third called for. Second jumped the gun again.
- Partials? Top of the break and on consolidation.
- Risk management? Not good, dont feel good about the way I managed this trade.
- What went right/wrong? Emotions not in check.
- Successful trade? Ended successfully yes.
