This was my trend play for the day. SSTK showed early morning strength so I snagged 500 shares on the first pullback and consolidation. The first sell was really good, then I added my 250 back after it pulled back, but I was a bit early on the pullback entry. Since it held the flag I decided to add again into the bounce, putting me up $1700 at the top of that spike. Unfortunately I couldn't get out there (the bids just weren't there) and stupidly I let it come all the way back down to take only a $200 gain on it. After it consolidated a bit more I could see another opportunity creeping in, so I decided to get back in big and capitalize. I added in pieces and sold partials until the end of the day, when I decided to add back to 800 shares for one last push. Once it didn't hold the round number $70 I got out of my last shares. Getting back in to honor the original idea really paid off this time. Original stop on the $65.63 entry was under $65, so I was risking $315.00.
