- The idea was to trade the break of the bottom of the opening range. Took the first entry on the break, second entry was also hasty but third entry was on the retract retest. Stop loss was at the VWAP at most but of course I let it run past VWAP and stopped myself out for a larger than necessary on it.
Reflection
- 3 indicators? Yes, first entry called for.
- Scaling? Second entry was hasty but the third entry was also called for.
- Partials? no.
- Risk management? not good, let it move past my max stop around 363.75 for about a larger loss than necessary.
- What went right/wrong? First and third entry called for, blew past my stop loss.
- Successful trade? Trade idea was valid but the trade execution was not.
