Almost a 3-week long consolidation/flag on the daily. It was tapping the 18.30 range for a few days now, so it seemed like it would be a really strong breakout. Plus, AMBA has a history of big run-ups. Because of all these factors, I took more risk than usual (2%) and took a slightly bigger position with a stop below that consolidation area before the breakout at 10:25AM.

I scaled out in 1/4, 200 shares each time.

(2nd entry)
I was really just looking for a scalp here. I added 300 shares after pullback (1/2 position) with a stop just below that pullback area. I sold 100 shares at .13 cents, then set my stop at the buy price. Stock was tired so it didn't have anymore juice.

I did but it was totally worth it. I've seen Kunal chase sometimes too, so I figure if you know the breakout will be strong and you manage risk appropriately, sometimes it's OK.

Maybe that's the wrong way of looking at it?

I think as long as you know your risk it's on!
