This was an excellent entry, but everything after was a disaster. What happened? I did not have my target price in front of me, so I did sloppy selling on the way up for meager profits. Rebought in and sold quick without my targets set. I then bought again looking for another run without consolidation and lost big. So what should have been a $3000 trade, turned into a net loss trade.

This trade was not a complete flop, its testament to my hard work in learning momo stocks, and being able to be in those stocks right off the open and waiting for the first pullback to strike.

What I need to change is my trading plan for the day/week with targets included. The best for this might be a physical paper journal of potential trades so I don't have more pages open on my computer.

Killer entry. Gotta stick to your plan. This 1 trade could have made your week if you were governed by your trading rules. Nice find!

Why not 'scale down' your 'scaling out' style? Do 30% scale out sizes instead of such small ones. Otherwise, you're just killing your profits with commissions.
