Crude sold off heavily and pulled back to DVAL. The 61 level was key as it was yesterday's low as well as the overnight low. Price went a few ticks in my favor before grinding higher and taking out my stop. I was in a bit early but short idea was still valid.

Mind, Body, and Soul:
Last night, I got my butt kicked at the gym by my coach and came home exhausted. I went to bed early and although I got an extra hour of sleep. I woke up exhausted and groggy. I did some stretching and exercises to get the blood pumping but my body was not liking 4am this morning.
