anticipation of fail/trying to catch tops

shorted on the run up. Didn;t pay attention to possible resistances or this would have been much simpler. I just shorted as it went up not knowing where the top would be but got scared out right at the top. there was a resistance at 2.20 that should have been paid attention to. I had the right idea in terms of trade plan but got stopped out. Need to pay more attention to overhead resistance to know when to stop out rather than just shorting because "it's up a lot"
