10.13.22 I lost an account (15Kish) shorting SPY. My advice would be not to short this daily chart.

oh wow. I remember that day. Crazy failed new low and obviously turned into the bottom. That was after a fairly big 10month bear mkt. I'd argue TSLA is a little different given the cult/ponzi element to it, with a sky high valuation. It could get cut in half from here and still be over valued. But yes, shorting on bounces on the daily chart is probably a safer setup.
