Tried to trade the reversal on AFRM. I chose the stock because I traded it after hour on Thu after result, and the bounce was really quick and sizable. On Friday, I started adding AFRM on pullback and flip it on the way up. The mid day pull back was more substantial than I thought, but I did manage to make some money on this trade.
What I did Wrong: On the first bounce, I was greedy and should have got more position taken profit on bounce back. Then I will trade better on the way down.
Where I could improve: To improve the return on this trade, I have to hold the position overnight. The bounce on Monday was much more substantial than what happened on Friday.
