This is my worst trade for 2024 so far. ARM got squeezed up big. After up over 30%, the stock was on the way down. I tried to play the reversal, but the correction was simply too rough. By the time I stopped loss when ARM flushed below VWAP, I ended up with USD1882 loss despite only a 200 shares position. To make it worse, the stock rebounded straight up after I cut loss
What I did Wrong: Hindsight is the share size I start with (50 shares) is too big. I also don't understand the movement of the stock, I treat it just like NVDA.
Where I could improve: Should observe more before getting in. The initial buy was not at a good level.
Trade grade: Fail.
