SGRP was a textbook 5-minute ABCD setup. When I saw this pattern forming on the 5-minute chart, I drew trendlines from the tops and lows of the chart so that I could get in at the 3.20 area, depending on how much volume came through at that price level.
The mistake here was not holding long enough as it made that pop over its triple consolidating 5-minute highs. You could have realistically gotten 10 cents more of profit per share. Not a bad scalp though. Closed the trade for a $79.79, which was the last trade of the day.
Closed the day green with $449.13 in net realized gains. The total volume of shares I traded was 10,000, so commissions were $100.00 this morning, which is a little on the high side. You had a 66% accuracy with respect to each name and a 60% accuracy per trade.
