Breakdown

Trade Idea:

I was looking for a whole number breakdown, but I did not get it. I was looking for a move to the 6.90 level because there was support there. The stock made highs to 7.30-7.40, and then it tanked to 6.90. Then it bounced to 7.15, and I decided to short the 7.00 to get back to 6.90. I was was thinking we can get a break of 6.90 and go lower. The move never came, so I got out. I was looking for a move to 7.15-7.20 and short it there because it was resistance.

Risk Management:

I was risking .05-.08 and i was looking to get 1.75-2.00:1 for a r/r

Improvement:

-Do not short 7.00 breakdown; short the move to 7.05
-Do not short in the upper 25%
