I did not chase the stock short. I waited for a pop, but I did not wait long enough for a pop. I wanted to be short for the whole number break $9. I thought that a move to 9.30-9.40 was necessary for it to break back down. That is why I held my short position. Wrong move yes, I know
I wanted to only risk .15 on the trade, but emotions got the best of me. I gave it more time than I wanted.
-Get out on the move to 9.15-9.20
-11:50AM there was a rejection at 9.20. Wait for a pop to 9.20-9.25, and get short there
-If you are shorting the break down use smaller size and smaller risk
-Perfect trade: short at 9.20 and partial covers at 9.00 looking for a move lower
