AMDA was on a watch for a short, and I was looking to get short on major pops. The open carried it to 3.40, and I was trying to get short but the spread was really wide. I chose not to get short on the pop (bad idea), but I did get short when the 3.00 area was rejected. I wanted to add on pops, but there was no pop. The stock kept going lower. I had very small size so, I chose to cover.
I was risking off highs and I wanted to add on pops
-Short on the pop to 3.40; that is your best edge
-Add more shares on the break of 2.90, and you can take partials along the way
-There was a pop to VWAP, and you could have re-shorted/added there risking off 3.00
-Perfect Trade: Add on the pop at the open, and add on the way down while covering along the way
