5 min looked like a chase on the entry. I had to completely take away my 1 min as it killed my trading.

Take some profits to pay for trade. adjust Stop Loss to reduce risk. Think small and take profits quick.

I wanted to buy it here on the 28.00 break, but I told myself it was to extend, you'll be chasing, find something else. Come back only if it consolated under 28.00.

Nice stop at your buy price. For a new trader I find this key, as flat trade is better than a negative one.

FYI - the buy wasn't on the 28.00 break (10:46) it was @ 11.19. See the flag?
