WMT had news of acquiring Humana, wanted to short on a pullback (placed passive orders near resistance), ended up missing out on the optimal price to go short.

9:44- Shorted 100 shares at $86.75, was a bit late entering this stock. Setup was shorting the resistance of the downtrend channels.

9:48:33- Stopped out 100 shares at $86.87. Stop was kept too tight, and should always be placed above pivot high if going short.
