TSLA
Not happy with this trade...key stroke error, was too greedy...did not respect levels even though I had a plan to trade the range.
Initial target was $310, which it did not reach- although SPY looked strong, I should've stuck to my plan and shorted it when it got close to $310 instead.
The risk-reward in trying to go long at around 10:30 to attempt to capture a dollar move to $310 was not worth it, in retrospect. Need more patience in order to capture good risk-reward (meaning- shorting it at the top of range, buying at bottom of range). If I want to trade the pullback to support setup, the support level ideally should be significant.
Today was a lesson to see how quickly things can get out of hand when I am trading this stock in the middle of the price action's range.
I will say that the overconfidence in trading TSLA today, refusing to be wrong- is a big red flag and must keep myself in check if this behavior comes back.
