Definitely should NOT have been shorting the breakdown here and I KNEW it as soon as I got into this trade. Maybe getting right out would've been the move but I froze up and didn't stop myself out until it made a higher high. I was right about my thesis that AMAT would fade back to lod but wasn't patient enough to wait for a pop and good risk:reward setup to get in. Instead I shorted the breakdown at a whole number on a higher low that was NOT my bid setup but I thought it was. I need very clear characteristics of this setup moving forward.
