stock was breaking down on the daily on negative PR. 2nd go at this today. stock could not break through 17.29 for the 3rd time and was flag. went short on break of flag and dip under intraday 9/20 MA's. Decided to cover the lot when it could not hold the break of 17 as it was just 15 minutes from the close.
