Agree with your analysis, no setup and has gotta get out of the consol area between 5-7. Actually thought about you the other day as read a sleep study and they found people who sleep under 4 hours a night or for over 10 hours a night shorten their life span and develop early health complications (such as some forms of cancer) as it's unhealthy, the ideal zone is 6-8.
