1st entry as looked ready to B/O over 7.20, stop -.10, target +.20 and went in with size as early morning volume has this looking like a runner. Stopped out just below rising 9EMA (support) and it bounced...didn't allow enough for wiggle.
2nd entry broke rule as hit max pain loss for day, however setup warranted the risk. Stop -.10, Target +.10 for initial out as took 2x size. Move stop to B/E and target +.25.
MICROMANAGED and stopped out flat on rest when was riding the 9EMA up so no reason to sell. Hit target of +.25.

7.02 u cant sell that? what support does that viloate ?

None, that was my mistake on both trades in this name, support not violated and i micromanaged instead of taking a smaller position with a stop under clear support. I totally psyched myself out. This was a great lesson.

Maybe you can consider doing some Pavlovian training on yourself. Make a rule that you're allowed to touch your order panel only when an alert goes off. Otherwise, whenever you get the urge to touch your order panel, redirect that emotion to another behavior.

For example, you are required to do push-ups or jumping jacks every time you get the urge to touch a trade that hasn't violated support/resistance. This is called "redirection", and it totally works.

I'm gonna have to try that, since i'll be making up for lost time i'm gonna combine the two into push jacks....and just maybe get that 6 pack i've heard so many speak of...
Fun aside, i'm writing that down john, interesting to see how it works for me.
