A little late with my initial Short. Realizing my stop was nearly a dollar away, I immediately covered half to adjust my position size. But added that back in once there was a less risky entry.

Ya a little bit of a chase. You need to wait for the stock to tap, flag right under,or pop and fail the 9ema. Almost all shorts will give you another entry. Theyre not like longs. Your second add Was bad too.

your last cover was a little late. The 9ema turn flat, the stock got a little choppy. The stock was flagging above the 9ema. The stock broke its downward trend line (need to down). Stock broke is previous high (25-30 min earlier). I actually went long @ 56.70 the bottom of the green candle.
