Solid entries. Awful exit.
Started in with 100 shares at 50.10 at what appeared to be a wall. Risk on 50.16.
When this level broke, 50 was the next logical support. Instead of being a piker and taking partials here or scalping it, I decided it's better to fear not having big winners than fear giving up miniscule gains, so I added once again in antipation of the 50 break. It came soon after and I took 1/4 off at .92 ( but meant to take it off around .87, missed the opportunity). AMAT proceeded to pop up to .96 and scared me out of the rest of my shares. Absolute pity. I should have put my stop at breakeven if anything and let this trade work. 49.50 was the only logical profit target (strong support level from Friday and also the r/g mark). Left soooooo much profit on the table, but this will serve as yet another lesson to be patient and let the stock do what it's gonna do.
