Not understanding why you would short. It finally broke its range on the daily chart to the long side. Why short?

I am going through a 3 day losing streak with not one winner. I don't think I am thinking through my trades properly.

Try cutting back on your shares. Trade 50 shares at time and try to finish the the day green, to give you that confidence back. Do it two days in a row, then try increasing your share size until you get comfortable enough to trade your original share size again.
