Simulator trade

This has to be down as an ERROR trade. I had it on the watchlist for extended daily setup and possible rubber band, yet I longed the position. The Stochastic daily was over 85 and the chart looks pretty parabolic albeit for a not so big % gain. so now I make notes on the chart so I know what my plan is in the heat of the moment. also this chart just doesnt have good daily range so should not make a shortlist for day trading.

Once I realized I was playing the wrong way I just bailed the trade, get out of an error as quick as possible.

the stock did spike shortly after I exited but I would rather take a small hit and obey my rules than have a win when doing the wrong thing.

Lesson for the day: I had work issues in the morning so did not do gapper scan, so all I had was my watchlist for previous night, also was in the office watching charts with people in the office and distractions. So no prep and no no solitude to focus = no trade!!!!
