ERROR is daily gapping into resistance

Daily chart is a gapper from the morning pre-market scan, the gap was over the MA's however there was price resistance in January at the gap. ERROR TRADE
This is a bit disappointing as I have been focusing on gaps into clear sky, and I put this on the list when it was not clear sky. Need to work on this.
Intraday is an ORB. Entered on break of range of 2nd 5-min candle. Both the first two candles were inverted hammer looking things so that may have been a clue that this was not a solid ORB.
