Daily chart brake above range two days ago and gapped up at the open this morning

Inraday setup is quick pullback. ORB looked to be forming but did not break, price came to the 9EMA and held a green, entered on green holding...got stopped

there was a 60c risk to under the range, but trading small in my first week and went with 80 shares for $50 risk
Concern is the slight larger red candle and sudden drop, does that make this a "non orderly" pullback?
QQQ and SPY were both looking good at the time of this trade.
