Missed my 1st play at 11.30 by .02 as didn't want to chase but kept on radar. Set up again with a great flag pattern and tight stop of -.08, Target +.25, +.50. Meant to take off 1/2 +.25 and only took off 1/3. Stayed patient and talked through staying in as had lower sell volume and began to flag again. Saw some big sellers come in so took all off. Great read even though i made mistake on original sell, very proud of myself for breathing through and staying in the present.

One of my top plays that work for me is a high and tight flag intraday.

I look for tight consolidation with the MA's and/or VWAP holding price and a clear stop under to mitigate risk. That way if im wrong i know exactly how much i wagered to play, if i'm right my R:R plays out so i only have to be right a small percentage of the time as long as my stop is clearly defined.
