I thought this was going to bounce back so I went long 1000 shares and then averaged down as it pulled back more. That was my first mistake - I should have sold at that point for a small loss instead I held thinking it would break out. Put my stop at $12.78 and was stopped out when it failed. I should have looked to short when it broke $12.80 later in the day but I was not watching it then.
