SHLD had a pretty big run up and pulled back about 75% of last run in an orderly fashion. When I saw the price start moving back in the direction of momentum, I got in with a .25 stop under the 20 ema. The stock IMMEDIATELY flushed just past my stop. Hindsight makes it obvious that it was extended, but then many stocks that are more extended just keep on moving?
BOWS Question: Should I have stayed out of this play because it was extended?

This was a tricky play. Intraday looked promising, just couldn't pull a follow through. I would have left it alone just by looking at the daily chart.
