Consolidating at the lows, my emotions were a bit unstable this morning. Had a bit of fomo "Oh this will gap and go because SPY is making new highs". So I entered the limit order at the opening bell and it went down shortly after. If I had been discipline, I would had avoided the lost.

9/15: MACD wasn't even near "pinching". No signs of a reversal when you zoom into the hourly.
