Daily pattern is flag breakout on my swing watch list

Intraday is opening up with ORB, immediately stopped me out

The daily was not into clean space and had formed a pullback remount of 9ema combined with a flag type pattern. This is really not clean enough to daytrade and is ok for a swing trade
