- $58.80 would have been around the prior day's open. sorry man...I'm half asleep....lol I don't know how to edit my comments so I should prob go to bed now and call it a night....hahahhaha

haha it's all good. I see what you're saying. Didn't expect it to drop the way it did, so I wasn't thinking short at all. But it did fall, and fall pretty deep!

I try and always start with my max-loss before I go into the trade. that helps me from giving back too much. I actually think your sell area would have been a decent entry for a short play as it broke below the prior days close. The actual place I would have been looking to short would have bee $58.70 where price crossed under the 9ema & 20ema and then just use the 9ema as the trend line to stay short or get out and cover.
