Didn't have a plan which made me on easy and exited with a profit. Was eager to trade, with no clear setup. When long when the ideal trade is short on the clear first red day for the cliff dive to the 7s. Have to plan this trades before the open to be in them when they collapse.

Solutions to be in the stock;
When the stock is up and trending with this much volume. Look to be in them when they fall. Short into the momentum
