Awful trade with size, Gambling with positions and having no idea that the stock is holding the price action. Price action had nothing to do with me going short. This was because it was a first red day and thought that the stock was going to turn. because of the overextension.
Ideal trade was a Long and adding on all of our entries add only to winners. Great trade because of the DIP buy from other people. Look to have a good nice entry on setups like this because when they are trending they will run a lot.
Solutions to avoid this trade again
***CUT LOSSES QUICKLY
1.Dont build you position if the stock is going against you
2.If then statments
3. Look for the stock to become weak if you are going to SHORT.
4. Short only into the backside of the move.
