This was a dumb trade. Like ones I used to make more frequently. I had a possible line of resistance drawn round $33. It wasn't a 'strong' line but I thought it might stop the up move. I shorted into the move and tried to pick a top.
Well, it wasn't the top and I lost. Not a big loss, and fortunately I don't make this kind of trades nearly as often as I used to. Another lesson but at least not a particularly expensive one.

dont just short right into resistance.. wait for a smaller pattern to emerge on a small time frame to tell you that resistance is not turning into a breakout that will give u a heads up if its gonna turn or not.
