I took this short after I flipped a long position in KOOL earlier. at some point I didn't like the look of this, so I covered flat. I could have set a stop with perfectly acceptable risk, but didn't I think due to the earlier loss in mind.

Yes, this was really a compounded error. I shorted this based on a stop on my long trade. Since that was too low, not only did I lose more on the long than needed, I also got a poor entry for the short.
