stock broke trendline, 4 try, though it broke through the third time and pulled back. It looked like a quick pullback buy to the 9ema, so I bought it didn't hold the ema and hit my stop at 42.88.

Just because a stock pullback does not mean it is a buy. You have to have a confirmed setup in order for it to work.
