$CHKE:
• The stock was down from the 1.18 we got short at the 1, you are chasing you have to get better entries this will have been in the 1.20. 
• Have a plan 
• Immediately when you enter you are down .cents because of the bad entry you hit the big right at the bottom. You have to get on top of that the ideal entry will have been in the 1.10 break or where the sideways price action at the 1.12.
• You are adding to a loser, NEVER ADD TO A LOSING TRADE. Should have not added size since the stock is still holding the 1.02 without a problem. The stock is coming from a bottom at the.97 where it held with conviction and ran up to above 1.
• The cover on the .98 and .99 was the key for this to be a profitable trade on the management side. This is just because the bid is holding. You should have put orders to cover. This was in the tape when it held cleanly all the way to .98. Cover hitting the bid at .99. and when the sellers were not stepping down. It held for about 3 mins with no volume.
• The tape told you to hit the ask multiple time at.99 
• We looked at after we where in the trade that the stock was easy to borrow, and a low float. Which got us into thinking that we should be shorting. THIS IS why is crucial that we have a plan for the stocks and trades that we are going to do before the open.
