My 2nd entry for $CLF, it pulled back to 21 where it had a pause in the initial descent. I entered short. I had to wait a long time for the rollover, then it flagged but it reversed so I got out.
Execution detail:
Date/time | Symbol | Side | Price | Position |
---|---|---|---|---|
2014-01-28 10:02:00 | CLF | sell | $20.990 | short |
2014-01-28 11:28:59 | CLF | buy | $20.880 | 0 |
@Scalp in hindsight sure, was waiting for closer to the low on the open
didn't mean to join the constant hindsight-obvious comments crew, around here lmao...sorry mate. my only thought was that that 20.50 was basically just about at the Open low range...which is always a nice place to close a portion of the trade. and usually I see a lot of ppl around here always try to close out a partial on the "first" flush or pop or w/e...but I'm just a scalper, so obviously don't listen to me XD
all the hindsight aside, your entry was freaking awesome. love seeing badass entries like those, opposed to shorting at lows ;-)
