PRAN ceases to amaze me. It had a run-down then pulled back to the 11 level. I shorted thinking it would continue down. No dice.

Man Sorry, it I meant to type 12:05 it rebounded and never broke back above previous support (not 10:25). I didn't explain myself well at all.
this is a bit subjective but when i look at these i see the stock already dropped 2 dollars from they hgihf of 13 so its extension has been worked off a bit and so that negates the rubber band setup a tad in terms of explosion and probability as its 2 dollars off its high

Yep I was trying to get shares to short around 10:00am, but couldn't get any. In the end it would have been about a $50 trade since PRAN rebounded around 10:25, and never broke support afterwards.
