I think I saw a flag here but the thing is there were lower lows and lower highs so it's not a valid setup for a flag, right?

I see bowsreview, so I'll be anxious to hear the official answer too. To me, this very much IS a flag. But, I see no confirmation of the pattern break, so I assume you entered the trade in anticipation of a break. I say ... nice try. They don't always work.
