Oh the heartbreak!

Shorted on the flat top break down below 430 after 5 taps at it. Stopped out on that hot spike. Was a trend today. Lots of hot spike shakeouts. Missed the huge rip (gone to work).

Notice how extended it was when you took the short on the 3rd tap. Seven down candles in a row. Once it reset and consolidate you got the flush.

I have the same issue EL but i just keep telling myself that being patient will be more rewarding and have less losing trades. There will always be more opportunities every day. I try to look at the bigger picture. Just a suggestion on how I deal with my FOMO.
