Hard to pick a winner, but this has got to be in competition for the worst trade of the day. Max loss violation, chase, buy high, sell low, it has it all.

Bought on the break/hold above 160, but was way late on my entry because TOS is a POS when it comes to speed of order entry. Dropped directly from entry point to the MA.

At least you know what you did wrong. Just handcuff your hands when this happens or remember this one so you never forget. I did the same on a trade a few days ago and I actually saved it to remember all the bad things and to not do it again..or at least combine all the bad things in one trade.
